I'm Evelyn Alanís — a wellness founder, 500+ hour yoga teacher and certified Health Coach based in Los Cabos.
Creator of Kabbalah Flow — a signature methodology that weaves yoga, breath and mindfulness into a deeply personal practice. I design experiences for individuals, couples, private retreats, luxury hotels and villa stays throughout Baja California Sur.
