Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (including RESET 7-Day Protocol, Cuerpo Magnético, The Longevity Standard™, Travel Reset Kit, and all other downloadable content), all sales are final. Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, we cannot issue a refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Private Sessions & Experiences

For private yoga sessions, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and other in-person wellness experiences in Los Cabos:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule with a 25% fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund. Rescheduling at Evelyn's discretion.
  • No-shows: No refund.

Mentorship & Private Protocol

For The Private Protocol and other mentorship programs, refund terms are outlined in the individual agreement signed at the start of the engagement. Generally, committed mentorship engagements are non-refundable once the program has begun.

Retreats & Group Experiences

Cancellation policies for retreats and group experiences are communicated at the time of booking and vary by event. Deposits are typically non-refundable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

Hotel & Hospitality Collaborations

Cancellation terms for hotel activations, retreat collaborations, and brand partnerships are defined in the individual service agreement or contract.
